Who ARE Fraser River Therapy Collective?
This is us...
First and foremost, we are grateful parents. Above and beyond that, we are husband and wife with a strong relationship dating back over 25yrs now. Having roots in Maple Ridge and Mission, we've continued to work in the areas most of our lives.
With both of us having strong work ethics and being goal oriented individuals, we've slowly worked towards the idea of working side by side. We're getting closer to our overall goal of one day owning a clinic together.
In the mean time, we've decided that due to there being several options for booking appointments with either of us, we would combine our efforts and create this new site and hopefully make it easier for people to track us down and of course, book their appointments.
We're incredibly thankful for the professional relationships we've developed with many of you over the years and we look forward to continuing those relationships, as well as meeting new people as we continue to grow and head towards exciting things in the future.
Erin Gourlay B.Kin., MSc. PT.
Erin is a registered Physiotherapist that completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from McGill University in Montreal, in 2015. She also previously had completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2009. She has gained experience throughout her career treating clients with issues ranging from motor vehicle and workplace accidents, post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain issues, sporting injuries and neurological disorders. She has also trained and worked exclusively in the management and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction for several years. Dealing with the many issues faced by both male and female clients. No matter the issue, Erin is ready to assist you as you get on your way to feeling your best.
On the rare days Erin isn't working with her many clients, she often enjoys walking her dog Tucker, letting her creative side shine in a new painting, or getting lost in her book clubs latest pick.

Craig Joy RMT
Craig is a Registered Massage Therapist who has completed the 20 month Competency-Based, Mastery Level registered massage therapy program at WCCMT - New Westminster. As well as the Provincial CCHPBC licensure board exams required for registration in BC.
Craig enjoys using his skill set to personalize each treatment for his clients. Deep tissue, Joint Mobilizations, Swedish, Relaxation, calf and foot treatments, etc. are offered by Craig. Whether you're dealing with a nagging sports injury from your glory days, a sore back from taking out the garbage the other day or simply looking to relax for an hour out of the house, Craig is here to listen and create a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
When Craig is not at work, he can be found with his family walking the many nature trails in the area, at a brewery discovering the latest in IPA advancements, or, quite possibly, in a big red truck as part of the POC division of the Mission Fire Department.

With Craig being newer to this career, it's been a learning curve on how to spread the word of when and where he can be found. While Erin has been doing this for many years, people still have questions about her work. So, this web space was created with the idea of anyone being able to easily find answers and book appointments in one convenient spot.

Craigs original workspace is at 22369 St. Anne Avenue, between 224th and the Haney Bypass. This shared wellness space has been in operation for many decades under the name Relax Rejuvenation Center and Erin and Craig hope to one day operate it as their own. Until that day comes, Craig happily uses this work space MONDAYS & FRIDAYS as well as every 2nd SUNDAY.

Craig also offers his RMT services in a beautiful new space at REVIVE & ALIGN THERAPY CLINIC. The clinic is conveniently located directly across the street from the Mission Hospital. We share a lobby with the Pharmasave, there's plenty of parking in the front and rear of the building, as well as on the street. Craig can be found here EVER

As well as a convenient 7:15pm slot for nurses and other shift workers, 5x per week!

Erin provides her Physiotherapy treatments on a mobile basis. What does that mean? That means she comes directly to you! She offers personalized treatments in the comfort of your own home. She will arrive with her treatment table and everything needed for your session.
